There is such à
program DirectX Vocal Remover, which removes the most (if not all) of
the lead vocal from many contemporary stereo music recordings, but it
just subtracts one channel from another.
: There is the same feature in CoolEditPro (named VOCAL CUT). But Both
of them save the sound, which has remained after removal of vocal. But
they can not save the cut out vocal in a file. For example, that cut out
vocal to use for creation of remix. Have you met the programs which are
able to save the cut out vocal?

have cut male vocal of some song by cool edit pro software.It may be cut
by adobe audition software too.You may try it too.
